    Do not drink too much softdrinks. Yes, it may make you look fat but as you age you will develop certain diseases because of such. It’s not a good idea to gain weight and yet have a kidney failure, diabetes, cancer or other possibilities due to not living healthy; you might end up wishing dying young. I would suggest that you take food supplements like (1) g3 and Life Pak. (2) If you are in a budget, better have spirulina or Prime or both. (3) It’s fine if you would like to try the shake as well, however, if you are as lazy as I am, I would suggest either (1) or (2) options since you don’t have to prepare it, you can readily consume them. (4)I remember there is also what they call VitaMeal, this is the product that was sent to malnourish children in Ukraine to fight malnourishment, adding thisd to your meal is worth give give it a try.
