just buy some whey protein or something and use whole milk and drink one after every meal or in between meals... then go work out as much as you... you will grow a lot of muscle mass.... otherwise, there are health bars meant for gaining weight... they have something crazy like 1000 calories per bar......
just to make sure visit your doctor, make sure wa kay thyroid issues, hormonal imbalance or other health complications (sometimes isa jud na ang reason why di ka manambok)...i know somebody super sexy kusog kaayo mo kaon but model figure jpn (model jud sya bdw) it turns out hyper thyroidism diay maong di jud manambok, mao pud di mamabdos hehehehe wink
EAT AT A CALORIC SURPLUS!! compute your daily caloric maintenance needs or approximate and eat more than that and you're good to go!
