yes we hear that a lot but unfortunately it is not what they think it is, there is more to it than the relation of how much weight and reps...its ironic since when i started a heavy low rep (1-5reps) workout i became much leaner than my regular light moderate weight and reps scheme... so technically ill have to disagree with this belief...
for the question: what is the best workout to tone your muscles? id like to answer the question but the word "tone" got me lost in translation so I apologize, the word "tone" just froze me somewhere![]()
off topic naku dah, sorry boss xeno... pero naa lang ko ask unta nimu ron, unsa imo nutrition plan, do u still stick to the traditional bodybuilding routine like 6-8 meals a day? dili ka maglisud ug prepare as a student? consuming 1g of protein gyapon ka per lb. of bodyweight?
So dili jud d-i pwede mu tone down nga dili mag diet? bisag mag gym pa daily?![]()
Hey Fred! Mag 2 years nako sa Leangains/Intermittent fasting(16hr fast/8hr feeding) diet. Maskin convenient ko ani kay dako jud kaau kog kaon! Ma reach ra nako akong macros(0.8g - 1g protein/lb) in 2-3 meals. If you want more info about the approach.. visit Intermittent fasting diet for fat loss, muscle gain and health
It really depends bro, if you can jam all your calories in the 8 hr period then go ahead! It all comes down to convenience!
