    yes we hear that a lot but unfortunately it is not what they think it is, there is more to it than the relation of how much weight and reps...its ironic since when i started a heavy low rep (1-5reps) workout i became much leaner than my regular light moderate weight and reps scheme... so technically ill have to disagree with this belief...

    for the question: what is the best workout to tone your muscles? id like to answer the question but the word "tone" got me lost in translation so I apologize, the word "tone" just froze me somewhere

    off topic naku dah, sorry boss xeno... pero naa lang ko ask unta nimu ron, unsa imo nutrition plan, do u still stick to the traditional bodybuilding routine like 6-8 meals a day? dili ka maglisud ug prepare as a student? consuming 1g of protein gyapon ka per lb. of bodyweight?

    Hey Fred! Mag 2 years nako sa Leangains/Intermittent fasting(16hr fast/8hr feeding) diet. Maskin convenient ko ani kay dako jud kaau kog kaon!     It really depends bro, if you can jam all your calories in the 8 hr period then go ahead! It all comes down to convenience!
