ka balita ka atong gi padak-an maayo ni rama ang budget in a particular year sa iya term, gi babagan sa konseho. di man siguro bogo si rama para mag budget siya nga di ka abot ang kwarta sa gobyerno. hadlok lang jud siguro ang konseho nga makita sa mga tga cebu city ang kamaayo ni rama.
