its good to help ones neighbor but the people who placed u there needs more from it. if its your own money then that will cause no prob but if its not your then you should prioritize it to those who deserved it. they placed you to represent their area or district to find ways of helping them. if you helped due to calamities from other places then its fine but if none then its another story. i really believe that tommy is not effective anymore to be in a government position. he is old and weak but im not saying he cant manage anymore but not as effective as before.
