This thread has nothing to do with me, mainly because I'm not a call center agent, and because this thing was bothering me all this time; asking myself why this industry is the most sought out jobs in Cebu alone. It's not for research and it's definitely not for 'entertainment' by trolls. I just want to know how or what prompt you to enter this opportunity and what motivated/prompt you on your decision.

^i could've freakin' swapped my job to yours...i've been trying to get into sales jobs...
before BPO, worked clerical for a construction supply company...
then BPO...then went outside BPO....thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-auditor of one of the biggest company in the country...
-nag BPO kay ang usa ka buwan na sweldo sa previous company, usa ra ka payday sa BPO, basic pay pa na.
