My guesstimate would be around 10 years.
Although, there are industries in the Philippines that are more than 10 years behind.
Example would be cable internet (stable). Another would be the use of computers in high schools and universities.
Socially and economically I would say around 30 years. We all know the reasons why and the huge disparity between rich and poor perpetuated by lack of change does nothing to ease the nerves of foreign investors looking for long-term partnership.
sad to say..cguro mga 50 years ta behind...
