Hi techy istoryans ask lang unta ko if there is an app available for either or both android and ios that lets you send free texts from here to other countries like Singapore for free using just data/wifi or Internet connection to do it and doesn't require the receiver of the text message to have the app instaled in his/her phone? Bale mura cguro ug chikka app na even if wlay chikka imo gi sendan maka dawat japun cya sa imo message. Coz I think chikka is only good for texts within the phils. Naa ba for international?
