I make sure to eat 3 meals dyud kay malipong ko kung dili maka-tulo in a day.
3 meals jud in a day... then afternoon snacks..
pero the 3 meals vary in portion. pinaka-heavy sa breakfast... lesser sa lunch.. then light nlng sa dinner. i don't want to sleep with a bloated tummy. hehe.
