best way jud nang over the counter... ang naka apan lang is hasol na ang transaction... but mao jud ang safest...

Ang ako pud style is mag withdraw ko sa mga atm machine na naay guard 24 hours.. or kanang naka enclose sa pharmacy kay mas safe2x... but still need to double check if naa bay mga skimming devices...

A good option would be every time you transact via ATM the machine would send you a confirmation code via SMS, similar to how you do authentication when making a google account. One e-payment system that uses this method is webmoney, which i think is more secure than moneybookers and paypal.

Of course, your mobile phone will be enrolled in your ATM account and another one as a backup or even your email for this to work.

It is much more difficult to clone your mobile number than it is to clone your ATM card since only the PIN is required.

It's time a more unified and integrated system be introduced to this type of banking.

From the looks of things, I think it could be unionbank since their ATM is in a very dark area at night with no guards around. Recently I heard from a friend of mine that unionbank was recently hacked and there was a loss estimated to be about millions. Though I can't be too sure since this is just hearsay. As for BDO and citibank those places have better lighting so maybe it is much easier to inspect the machine for anything out of the ordinary.
