Where can I study French or Mandarin?

Does anybody have any idea asa ang maayo na schools to study french, mandarin, or other languages?

You can learn french at Alliance Francaise de Cebu. My sister studied at Alliance Francaise de Manille but her frequent travels to France and Belgium honed her french.

My friends studied Mandarin at Fudan University in Shanghai and Beijing Culture Language University in Beijing. You can opt for their 6 months or 1 year course. Its around a 150K per sem including accomodation. It's better if you opt to study in Beijing because they speak Mandarin para mabaid gyud ka compared to Shanghai which a big majority speak Shanghainese.

The thing is i can't afford to leave my job which i actually the reason why i felt the need to study foreign languages where we talk to asian and European counterparts and find it really hard to communicate to non-english speaking Frenchmen or un-understandable Singaporeans or Chinese people. So am looking for a more affordable, and on a more convenient time. But thank you so much for your suggestion. If only i had the time and money.
