Need advice... MSI lightning GTX 680 or MSI lightning 7970 BE?

my vote's goes for 7970 much cheaper than nvidia's 680 and the performance is slightly different. though i haven't tried both cards nor owned one.

I previously owned a Sapphire 7970 Dual X, Dual Bios. The card seems ok raman. Today, I'm using a Gainward GTX 680. In my own opinion, both are ok! pero katong pag play ug Borderlands 2 sa akong mga siblings, they were amazed with the GTX 680 tungod sa physX. the particles in the game are sprouting everywhere all over the monitor. So ang gaming experience mas ning intense.

pero performance sa duha, dli man makita because I believe overrated kaau ang duha ka card if imong monitor kay 1080p.

^ you nailed it bro... personally, mao ni ang isa sa akoang "nice to have" in choosing what GPU to buy... the "PhysX"... maong nag GTX 660 Ti SLI ko. i my self is an owner and user of the original Ageia PhysX card (PPU)... naa pa nko diri... BFG Tech ang brand... and it is really an eye candy if the game supports PhysX... performance wise, on the same level of offering from nVidia and AMD, atoang mata ug utok dili maka identify which is the faster card except mag benchmark ta... but in gaming, dako kaayo'g kalahi-an if "PhysX Capable" ang game... the "eye candy is awesome"...

for me, based on the 2 choices, i'll buy the GTX 680... this is just me though... since my application is only on gaming... i'm not an nVidia fan boy ha... ang akoa lang kay ma maximize nato ang atoang gibayaran... hehehe... in this case, ang PhysX sa nVidia ug ang PhysX capability sa game... labot ra ba ni sa atoang gibayaran. hinoon, pwede man ta maka hybrid PhysX gamit ug AMD GPU then nVidia GPU for a dedicated PhysX card... mag MOD lang ta... naa man instruction diri sa net pud kun unsaon...

agree ko ani sa physX, well this is my own opinion, bisag the high end gpu's titan and 7990 or even the ARES II, mas nindot gihapon ang nvidia keysa radeon, kay unrealistic ra kaayo hehe (based on comparisons and reviews) and personally never been a red team, go Green team hehe GTX 680 has my vote!
