no need man sad mahibaloan ang specific name sa bank since ATM skimming will likely to happen on any ATM machines. Ang mas maayo buhaton kay to be vigilant and observant sa ATM machine na gamiton kung magwithdraw.

How to Avoid being Skimmed
- Inspect the ATM before using it…be suspicious if you see anything loose, crooked, or damaged, or if you notice scratches or adhesive/tape residue.
- When entering your PIN, block the keypad with your other hand to prevent possible hidden cameras from recording your number.
- If possible, use an ATM at an inside location (less access for criminals to install skimmers).
- Be careful of ATMs in tourist areas…they are a popular target of skimmers.
- If your card isn’t returned after the transaction or after hitting “cancel,” immediately contact the financial institution that issued the card.

why worry of legal implications? when you are giving people here a valuable information.. plus you are only relaying factual information. And you are shrouded with the animosity of the net
And naa pud another thread about skimming here sa may parkmall if i recall correctly.

alarming najud ni cya... kay hasta ang mga company/bank kay mag send na og information regarding ani na scam... hope naay action ang mga bank ani para dili maka skimm...
