    .

What I mean is oil recycling. The idea is good but the end does not justify the means...

To recycle is to refine. Plain simple common sense. Technically you have a used oil. Filter the solid wastes. Add some additives depending on what output product you want. And I also have some reports that these people are also into "pa ihi" seeping fuel/oil before they are being delivered to the recepients. Gets?

We have here some companies who is re-refining oil located at Ouano mandaue who had or very limited ways to manage the disposal of their chemical wastes. The owners of these companies think of only profit disregarding government regulations or people's health. How come these companies been approved to operate by DENR or by the office of the mayor.

Abi nako open discussion ni. Lets make this nice forum as a means for change. Intelligent and educated people are also reading this forum. And much more kon na-ay government people who had been naive to many hoa shao will give a second thought who are also reading this forum. How can we make this country a better one if all of us will shut our mouth and try to be indifferent.

I don't think big oil companies will gamble on such wrong doings. Their reputation matters most rather than small profits they get by not complying with environmental guidelines. One wrong move and they might be ordered to be closed by the government. Which then in turn, give them BIG loss in profits. And besides, whatever they do/spend to maintain the environmental safety and integrity, are just added to the oil products that they are selling.
