This going to be one pricey TV series! But knowing that Marvel Entertainment is now owned by Disney, sky's the limit ang production cost ani.. The show will air on ABC too, also a Disney-owned company..

Regarding Agent Coulson, there was definitely a big reason why it wasn't shown on the Avengers movie when he was supposedly "checked & pronounced dead" by paramedics.. How they'd pull him off alive in the SHIELD series? My guess is as good as yours..
