Xbox 360 - no signal for HDMI on LCD TV

Thank you for stopping by this thread.

My Xbox 360 just cant get hooked up via HDMI on my 42' LG LCD TV. It Displays "No Signal"
however on the other tv, a 32' LG LCD TV, it can display image on HDMI which also concludes that my HDMI cable is not defective.

if someone here has encountered this issue. pls help.
looking forward to your replies, suggestions and advices.
