naka enroll ra ko ug computer course sauna for 6 months ug naka 1 year ko sa college but I have over 8 YEARS of experience sa BPO. i guess i'm not good enough for them, huh.

Lol. Klaro man ang requirements boss. Must have at least finished two years in college. Diba naka 1 year man ka? So dili ka qualified sa work. Usually pod ang mga vocational courses kay 2 years like associate courses and others. Its not man on the experience that you had with other cc but its the college background. Karon mga panahon boss to be honest lisud na makasud sa mga call center, Naa na sila mga requirements and they are looking on skills. You have the skills but i guess you fall short on the minimum reqts.
