hmmm.....very useful tip except if you intend to buy polymer,ceramic or perhaps stone knives

Na curious ko aning knives made by Kyocera. Gi feature siya sa Discovery Channel "How it's Made". They said unbreakable and stronger than most steel daw ni ilang ceramic knife. however, some people say that their knife is quite fragile. Anyone would like to share their inputs on this?
