3 red lights: Xbox 360

My Xbox 360 recently experienced 3 red lights (or the blinking circle of death). I was wondering does anyone in Cebu knows how to fix this problem? From what ive researched in Pinoyxbox.com only the modder god Waxx and MS support are only the ones with a permanent fix. please help.

Yes, Waxx will be able to fix it and you have to be in line...

Sadly, no. nag expire akong warranty 10 days ago. bad luck on my part. Virgin Xbox 360 ni akoa. Ill have to wait in line then.
