Yes, it's the official page , Ron is my colleague. He just joined the program as our country manager.

I see. It would better if people are contacted through elance inbox not through their personal mail so that elance user know that its official and not some sort of Phishing. I've never replied to any of these mails. Odesk would never contact you through mail, too.

I think it's easy to determine phishing emails.

Personally I've never received one from odesk. Maybe not a lot of cebuanos are working at odesk and more on elance.
My point is since we're dealing with money with these kinds of sites, it would be better to go through the official channels which is through our account inbox. Just for security purposes and all that.
Can you post your real name since like Ronald Cirujano is an official rep it would be great to know who are legit reps.

Elance is working on a page on Elance.com, that lists the names, locations, contacts of all reps. around the world.
