traded na cya wui...nindot na e butang sa Chicago para nindot kau ang PF sa Chicago....
it seems that KG is unhappy about minnesota's management right now. and i won't be surprised if he'll demand for a trade. but it won't be that easy. garnett will be having a $22M contract for the 2007-08 season and i think not much teams could afford that amount, not even to mention if the salary cap would allow it.
if he'll be traded, these might be the possibilities (my own preferences):
1. KG to LA Lakers for lamar odom and kwame brown -- KG teaming up with kobe. KG will finally get the playoffs run he really deserves, and that would take much, much load off from kobe's back.
C-bynum
PF-garnett
SF-radmanovic/walton
SG-bryant
PG-s. parker (hope lakers sign him back)
2. KG to NJ for vince carter and jason collins -- vince carter will be a free agent this offseason, and most likely, he wants out of new jersey. resigning him and trading him to minnesota might be a good option, good for both the nets and carter. carter will sign a $16.3M with the nets if he decides to re-sign, thats a perfect fit for KG's $22M, and bring along jason collins ($6.1M) with him. now the nets will finally fill in the big void inside while vince carter will have a team of his own. minnesota can rebuild around him with randy foye. everybody happy.
C-krstic
PF-garnett
SF-jefferson
SG-nachbar/or a better offseason acquisition
PG-kidd
3. KG to memphis for pau gasol -- probably both KG and pau are unhappy about the 2006-07 season and both migt want to start somewhere new for 2007-08. so far, memphis will only be paying out $42M for the 2007-08 season, and might adjust their salary cap with KG.
since the grizzlies might end up winning the lottery or somewhere on top, i've got a few choices:
C-yi
PF-garnett
SF-miller
SG- (off season acquisition)
PG-stoudamire
C-garnett
PF-swift
SF-durant
SG-miller
PG-stoudamire
C-garnett/oden
PF-garnett/oden
SF-miller
SG- (off season acquisition)
PG-stoudamire
but personally, i'd prefer KG staying in minnesota.
(1) randy foye is on the rise and has a lot of potential. 2 more years and he could be a valuable sidekick for KG. minus the latrell sprewell ego
(2) minnesota will surely end up in the top 10 of the draft. mike conley and corey brewer are the names minnesota could come up with. both are guards, something really minnesota needs. and if worse comes to worse, they might end up with florida state's joakim noah.
KG has still a bright future with minnesota with these young stars, that if the management will have better decisions next time
i think mas-nindot na siya e-trade kay para at least mas makita ang iya pagkamaayo!
trade na ni t-mac sa rockets!
'Sota, if ever they decide to trade away KG, will surely, definitely find a trade partner in the East. You wouldn't want your adversaries to get a player of KG's caliber. That is always a consideration.
bring KG to dallas, trade dirk...

Hi Guys, i like makoyvelasco's foresight bout KG, this is what ive always been dreaming of, KG and Kobe, Kobe really needs a partner, and definitely it would be either Power Forward or Center. KG and Kobe r bestfriends outside the court. If these two guys will be paired, then its only gotta be one thing, NBA Championship.
I cant think of another team for KG to be traded with, but Lakers.
This would make sense but the Timberwolves would actually want more. If trade proposals come in, the Wolves might require a draft pick and they might have to deny Brown and may want to get Andrew Bynum. The Wolves are rebuilding. Plain and simple. Certainly, they won't want any of the aging but spectacular Lamar Odom and the Olowokandi-clone Kwame Brown, especially when they still have Blount's fat contract. But knowing that their contracts are not that lengthy at all - 2 years left on Odom and a year left for Kwame - this might be an interesting deal for the Lakers. But then again, the Wolves want more than just these two guys. So, an improved proposal might go like this (my own view):KG to LA Lakers for lamar odom and kwame brown
Lakers Odom+Kwame+Bynum+2nd round pick
for
Minny's KG+1st pick
Interesting deal. But I doubt this will happen.KG to memphis for pau gasol
First off, KG wants to be traded to a contender and Memphis is also on the rebuilding mode. So, maayo pa di na lang mag-trade kay mao ra ghapon ila style sa dinuwaan. They're 7-footers who play PF and they're known to have similar disappointments on their respective clubs.
KG to NJ for vince carter and jason collins
For me, this is an enticing deal for both teams. Carter may resign with the Nets and KG might be relinquished with his whole idea of joining a legitimate team, or a better team, that already has small pieces to fill. The Nets might not be that legitimate to be a title contender right now but considering the how weak the Eastern Conference is, acquiring KG would be a solid deal. A Jason Kidd alee-oop pass to KG is interesting to watch, especially in the playoffs. KG's leadership is not in question and along with Kidd's presence, the Nets would soar on to the higher level.
Meanwhile, the Wolves will have to think about this at first before doing it and if they will indeed go for it, they have to make the necessary addition to keep Carter on the team. Or Carter may start feeling dissatisfied with the Wolves and might request for another transaction.
2 more years... Garnett has been with the Wolves for how many years now and I don't think he's gonna wait for another year to get the Wolves back to playoff contention again. The Wolves would need more than Foye to step up and before that happens, the management should try harder to acquire valuable pieces that would enough to bring the Wolves to a higher level along with the Suns', Mavericks' and Spurs' of the league. And i almost forget, the Western Conference is full of better teams so the Wolves might have to get through that "better" team standard.but personally, i'd prefer KG staying in minnesota.

First off, Joaquim Noah is overrated. A rather disappointing display in the NCAA made his stock rocketing downwards.minnesota will surely end up in the top 10 of the draft. mike conley and corey brewer are the names minnesota could come up with. both are guards, something really minnesota needs. and if worse comes to worse, they might end up with florida state's joakim noah.
Mike Conley Jr. is legit for the Timberwolves, but the they have to unload either of the three PG's they have right now; Mike James, Troy Hudson and Marko Jaric.
Corey Brewer or Jeff Green. Either one of those can help the Wolves become a better team. Minnesota has a glaring need down low, so they might have to think about getting Yi Jianlian or Roy Hibbert, but they're still big projects to develop so if the Wolves need quick help now, Brewer or Green should be fitting to boost a lineup for them who already have Foye, Ricky Davis and, probably, KG.
