Ang medical term ane is Nausea (dili Dizziness/vertigo=pagkalipong) ; stomach upset ni siya, usually mag kuyog ni sila sa 'vomiting', pero usahay kay ang nausea ra. Think of motion sickness or sea sickness, ingon ana nga feeling ang kabuhi. (if you are NOT a gamer, try playing any first person shooter game for 10 minutes and nausea is THAT kind of feeling you get afterwards). Nausea is not a disease or disorder though; it's rather a symptom (sintomas) for various disorders.
Ang reason this symptom comes about is due to the stimulation of your 10th Cranial Nerve, Vagus Nerve, which innervates your lungs (baga) and stomach (tiyan). So, kay linked man sa tiyan, anything nga mka upset sa imong stomach, ie gastrointestinal disorder, expected nga accompanied ni siya ug Nausea and possible vomiting, as symptoms. Medication, motion sickness, sea sickness, dehydration, migraine, stress, excessive dehydration causes this symptom.

Regarding 'panuhot', I'm still looking for the correct medical term for this as well. With what I've studied, the possibility of 'air pockets' in between your muscle layers is not a common thing, in contrast with our tinuohan nga ang panuhot mu appear ra maske aha ug any time. Once I have the answers, I'll update this thread asap. Cheers and God bless
