im a frugal person pero usa ra gyud akong gi advocate, when it comes to food and needs for yourself esp for your health, dili jud mag tipid2. we can be practical in a lot of ways para maka save rather than spend more of our hard earned money. for example, me and the kids were planning of eating out but i end up cooking the food at home myself and buying pirated dvd for me and the kids to watch rather than going to the theater and end up paying for 5 people plus and kaon pa. its the same thing, you get to bond man even at home. just an example of how you can maximize your spending
