mao nay pangutana bai nga di matubag.. parehas ra tag gihunahuna bai.

These articles below explain how the US dollar is correlated to US treasury bills as well as its attractiveness in relation to stocks.

Fundamentals Affecting U.S. Dollar Forex Market Trading Worldwide FXDD

What Treasury Bond Yields Mean to the US Dollar | Forex Blog: Piponomics

See the rising bond yields which may mean that there is something not going well for the US dollar in the long term, as previously explained by both articles above.

United States Government Bonds - Bloomberg

The Philippine peso does seem to be negatively correlated to the US dollar, just like how the japanese yen is negatively correlated to the US dollar.

ExchangeRate.com - Currency Chart US Dollar vs Japanese Yen USD/JPY Last 12 Months

ExchangeRate.com - Currency Chart US Dollar vs Philippine Peso USD/PHP Last 12 Months

This does make some sense since we have some Japanese locators here in the country who import the parts and have them partially assembled here and shipped to japan and finalized and sold to the US market. Though it actually is much more complex than that.

In parallel, the Philippine stock market seems to be rising in value which means that the Philippine currency is soaring in demand, as investors see the currency as a good commodity to invest in.
