I photocopied a book about PHP programming from a good friend... and I read all the pages and made my own simple forum...
I persevered and landed a job customizing website/blog(wordpress) and after some time I then studied flash actionscript and landed a job as a developer and soon after that I freelance'd jobs from other countries from Canada, US and Europe before I got a call from a friend working in the middle east.
and now I'm here outside the Philippines and I am happy because of that photocopied book from college was put into use...

I'm an enthusiast, only, but I am enrolled in a webdev course in a college part time. I have learned HTML and CSS using lynda.com video training and by taking on small jobs on odesk then figuring out how to do them!
I have a student subscription to adobe CS6 which really helps.
