hi guys, i'm planning to buy a lot here in cebu pero nag duha2x pa ko asa ko mupalit.

in your opinion, asa mas reasonable: mupalit ug yuta in consolacion or minglanilla (areas nga layu sa city) pero barato ra ang lot or mupalit duol sa city like bulacao, mandaue, etc pero times two sad ang price? thanks in advance!

for personal's sake lang. para magtukod ug balay. ganahan sad ko ug lot nga dali mu appreciate if ever ako man gani i-baligya

mas ok ang lacion kay barato pa ang lot and mostly residential area.

if gusto ka lot dali mo appreciate sa lacion, I also have slots pero I think gamayan ra ka sa cut per slot. it's just few meters away from SM consolacion and on going ang development.

Before buying properties, i-weigh sa siya sa inyo need and projected monthly expenses. Unsa mn jud imo purpose for the lot? For you to build your own house and live there permanently? If yes, then think for its accessibility, convenience, safety, projected expenses over market value of the said lot.
