it's good that you make this as an outlet. there's a song that says---"sad face is good for the heart, cry on girl it can be a cruel world.." -- it's taken from a verse sa Bible "Frustration is better than laughter, because a sad face is good for the heart." -- Ecclesiates 7:3.
Just find someone who could comfort you and even pray for you.

Reading between the lines I know you are hurting deep inside but I know that you are also tough as a nail....just hang in there someday you will feel joy&happiness in your life when you start a new Family just always remember to choose someone that will love you&make you happy.............
