indeed.. because this is supposed to be the government of the people, by the people, and for the people.. the power of the government should emanate from it's people.. but even that has lost sense.. democracy's long been dead.. and we are all goin down the drain if we don't do something about it.. we need a concerted action against these power-greedy individuals.. we need not succumb into hopelessness and just be passive about what is goin on in our country.. this is our birthright, and with it comes an obligation to preserve the ideals that our ancestors fought for.. we need to assert ourselves amidst this chaos and unending corruption and egocentricities..
