Which University is better for BSA or any Accountancy courses: USC or USJR?

I'm an incoming college freshman who will be getting BSA as my course but I'm doubtful as to which university should I be studying in. Can anyone of you state me the PROS and CONS of each school? or just say your personal opinion..

Example:

USC:
pros - good facilities
cons - higher tuiton rate

USJR:
pros - mas dako daw muhatag ug grado ang mga maestra (tinuod ni?), lower tuiton rate
cons - ??

or just say your personal opinion..

kung ganahan ko ma summa, asa ko ninyo paeskwelahon? (assuming nga mag naning ko inig college hahaha)
