I've always wanted to receive a commission-based compensation, pero kasagaran kay sa Sales ra man ni. Walay madato kung regular employee ra ka, unless you're compensated in stocks like Google or Facebook.
Regular salary = Stability = Normal to great pay
Commission-based = Risk = No pay to very, very great pay
Pwede ra ma stabilize ang risk if you have enough savings in the bank.
Fortunately... I have both...
I am a regular employee And wOrking on Commission Basis...
I have my regular salary to back me up whenever I don't have my commissions yet...
I use my salary for my daily needs while I use my commission to get my wants such as property, gadgets, travels, etc...
A WISE MAN settles for 1 SOURCE while a WISER MAN settles for more than 1 source... ^______^
