How to Order:

2. Payments Method: LBC or any money transfer provider that provides transaction number, union bank (we will provide the bank account number upon confirmation of order). Full payment of desired model price.
Cut-off time is 3PM. Orders made beyond cut-off time will be considered next day’s order. Shipment fee is Php 450.00.

4. Orders will be delivered to your said address for 24 to 72 hours. Change of shipping address can only be dealt with the courier and the recipient. jR Gadgets and etc does not deal with the courier to change addresses for the customer. Please review the terms and conditions.


Terms and Conditions:
(Once order is finalized and paid, it is considered that the customer has agreed the terms and conditions found on this page).

1. All items are guaranteed brand new and original. We do not sell refurbished goods or imitations.

2. All prices stated herein are denominated in Philippines Peso (Php)

3. Last Minute changes on items specifications will not be accepted once product has already been ordered and paid, and processed for the customer. Order changes including item specifications and changes on shipping address will only be accepted within 2 hours from the time order was finalized.

4. Customer is given 2 hours to cancel orders from the time order was finalized and paid. Order number provided to the customer comes with the exact time order was finalized. Finalized order beyond 2 hours will be considered as final and fixed thus order cancellation and refund will not be given.

7. Claims such as factory defects, delayed shipment and any other customer service related complaints can be considered as basis for refund depending on gravity. For factory defects issue repair shall be shouldered by jR Gadgets and etc. The shipper, jR Gadgets and etc., reserves the right to determine defects and to provide best resolution.
The defective item has to be shipped back to jR Gadgets for verification before resolution can be provided. Customer is required to call jR Gadgets and etc. to inform the company about the complaint. Resolution ticket number will be provided and customer is required to indicate the resolution ticket number on the return address. Failure to follow the return process may forfeit claims.

Meet Ups Agreement:
(for 10,000 and below)

1. The customer is required to pay the 50% of the total prize upon order and shall pay the remaining balance on meet up.
2. Last Minute changes on items specifications will not be accepted once product has already been ordered and processed for the customer. Order changes including item specifications and changes on shipping address will only be accepted within 2 hours from the time order was finalized and paid partially.
3. Customer is given 2 hours to cancel orders from the time order was finalized and paid partially. Order number provided to the customer comes with the exact time order was finalized and paid partially. Finalized order beyond 2 hours will be considered as final thus order cancellation and refund will not be given.

Lay Away Agreement:
jR Gadgets and etc. offers lay away plan due to public demand.

1.The customer is required to pay the half (50%) of the total price of the ordered item, then jR Gadgets and etc. provides the Reservation Payment Receipt to the customer as a proof of payment. The item is ordered and reserved for the customer and is given two months to pay the second half of the total price without a stacking fee. If unable to pay the second half after 60 days, customer will be charged 5.00 pesos per day for the stacking fee and freebies will be forfeited.
2. The 60 days starts on the very day the first half payment is received.
3. No reservation fee and stacking fee within 60 days from the date first half payment was received.
4. Cancellation fee of Lay away agreement is P500.00
5. The cost for sending back the money shall be shouldered by the customer that will be deducted from the remaining amount paid by the customer on the first half payment.
6. Customer can upgrade but cannot down grade the order and will need to notify jR Gadgets and etc. 10 days before the contract expiration (61st day from the Reservation Payment Receipt was issued) or before item is claimed or redeemed with the second half payment (2nd 50% payment) otherwise upgrade is no longer an option.
7. Customer is required to notify jR Gadgets and etc. 7 days before they claim or redeem the ordered item with the second half payment (2nd 50% payment) to allow time for jR Gadgets and etc. to prepare that includes computation of lapses or penalty, packaging and shipments, and transaction schedule.
8. Signatures affixed by the customer on this Lay Away Agreement shows that the agreement is clearly understood and agreement has been set forth.

WARRANTY AGREEMENT
(Apple and Nokia Products are covered with 1 year warranty with the Manufacturer itself and all other products' warranty is covered by jR Gadgets and etc.)

1. All items excluding parts are covered with 1 year store warranty. If the item encounters a factory defect within the warranty period, repair of unit is free of service charge. Parts and accessories are not included. The buyer shoulders the cost of the parts.
2. Buyer is required to ship the item or together with the photocopy of warranty receipt issued, to jR Gadgets and etc.'s repair address indicated with the resolution ticket number, using a courier that uses control number or tracking number. Customer needs to call jR Gadgets and etc to provide the resolution ticket number that was provided by the time customer called, and the shipping control or tracking number. Repair turn around time is 10 days depending on the defect.
3. Repaired item is shipped back to the customer within 5 days using regular post mail that uses tracking or control number. Shipping control or tracing number will be provided to the customer. Shipping address provided by the customer on the original order will be used. Change of shipping address can only be dealt by the customer and the courier. jR Gadgets and etc. does not change the address with the courier for the customer.
4. Customer will be notified by jR Gadgets and etc. about the shipment and will be provided with the tracking number.
5. jR Gadgets and etc reserves the right to determine defects. If returned item is found defective due to misuse or improper handling then customer is required to pay for the repair and the amount depends on the damage. The customer is required to send money for repair and shipment charge before repair can be processed within 60 days otherwise stacking fee of P5.00 per day will be charged.

Warranty does not cover the following:

1. Defects due to abuse or improper handling.

2. Damage/s caused by nature.

3. Damage of consumables (batteries, earphones, accessories, etc.)

REPLACEMENT POLICY:

1. Factory defect issue is the only reason for replacement and customer is only given 48 hours from the time item was received to notify jR Gadgets and etc for replacement request. Any factory defect claims brought up beyond 48 hours is considered invalid and only free repair can be provided.

2. The customer is given 48 hours to notify jR Gadgets and etc from the time the item was received. Customer needs to call the hotline numbers, Sun: 0942-398-1394, Globe: 0927-682-2558, Smart: 0919-674-2899,, and state the issue. Customer is provided with replacement ticket number.

3. Replacement phone will be provided to customer within 8 days after item is returned to jR Gadgets and etc.
