wooden trusses? grabeh anay. Mag apply lang jud og wood protection fluid once in every 5 years. Just beware of any leaks on your roof to prevent wood rot. Kung gamit ka plywood, use only marine plywood. It pays when it ages. Ang mga door jambs pod, treat it with anti anay, always jud ni mahurot sa anay.

Makuridas diay ang pagkwenta bro?
Please note bro nga repaint raman to amoa, plus the fact, ne vary baya ang paint works that my painters had carried out in respect to my job requirement i.e wood painting (doors and ceiling) + concrete painting (wall re-painting from Vanilla changed to white).

Lisud man siguro makuridas ug per sq.m. ang pagkwenta. Labi na ang sa wall ug kisame kay di naman first coating kay repaint man di vah?

@miramax: mdala ra sis, sa concrete walls lng ky mas dali. (amount of materials used + total labor)/total area of the concrete walls.
dli sad gyud hinuon na accurate data pero mdala na for estimation purposes.

same ra pud sa whole house naay estimates ranging from 12k/sqm to 25k/sqm.
