Anyway, I don't know if this is true, but my friend and colleague in San Carlos John Delfino, (first place champion in tv ads this year. Bravo!) submitted a Skimboard docu in RCTV long time ago... he said it was only in Video CD, it ran for 20 minutes and I don't think the guy has a 3CCD video extremist camcorder... With the above posts, I'd say John was pulling my leg, unless someone has encountered that skimboard docu or Mr. Delfino himself then...

u can make good fil/video using any cam
pero since e TV mani sa RCTV not all viewers appriciate the quality
mao na nga kailangan CLEAR & CLEAN ang pwede e pass ( 3ccd quality or much better 24p pa gyud )
@pero ka sabot sad ko not all cebuano filmakers can afford a 3ccd ( bisan ako mag problema na palit og ordinary mini DV ) but we can all barrow or rent at a affordable price (ex. studio 123 in colon)
