Grabeee ning PLDT.... 5x times nako nitawag sa ilang customer service, halos tag 30 mins. ko magpaabut!!! wala jud tubagi !!! atut na,...
mo complain unta ko kay wala pa na activate akung service ID!!!

Keep calling and wait until someone answers. There's no other way unless you want to go to the PLDT office on Jones Avenue and complain in person.

If you're talking about the office on Jones Avenue, they aren't open on Sunday.
