flavors are a matter of taste bai kay lahi2x man ta ug palate. for example: i like flavors that are sweet and heavy. mao na nahan ko ug mga caramel or hazelnut or chocolate nga tobacco based. ang uban sad nahan ug fruity nga flavors. ang uban kay gusto ug lasa sa sigarilyo jud. so lahi2x. explore lng ka sa flavors nga imo ma uyonan. pero ako nabantayan, unlike real cigarettes, mu puol jud ang 1 flavor lng. so mao na i usually stock 3-4 of my favorite flavors at a time. i just use my drip to change from 1 flavor to another. this is where it can get expensive.

in terms of nicotine content, controllado na sa manufacturer. they come in different denominations. nay 0mg, 3mg, 6mg, 8mg, etc etc. ako recommend nimo if you've just quit smoking, is to get something with 18mg then work your way down to 0. ako, i've managed to work my way down to 0 in 2 months. no cigarettes ever since i started except katong adlaw nga naguba akong mod. pero 2 puffs lng, kasukaon nko so i had to go thru withdrawal.
