    hehe...right sir i know that eating full meal is better than protein shakes coz ive been doing that for the past 5 yrs already and i see incredible results. i just thought of buying one for curiosity lang esp. that i dont get much sleep for the past 6 months because of work. just wanna try though it might just help. anyways thanks for the heads up...appreciate much

    Protein is protein, regardless of source. One may be faster digested/absorbed or has more biological value than the other... But in truth, these have little or no significance in bodybuilding. Also, there is no relation with having no sleep and taking a protein shake. It won't let you recover any faster. Protein shakes are there for convenience, not something you should replace whole foods with

    ask unta ko normal ra ba ako gebati kada human nako og push up.. kadabuntag magpush up gyd ko mga 15 - 20 reps depende kai ing.abot nako og 13 pataaas mu init akong nawung murag mo buto akong nawung.. dihay kausa nga nanamin ko daun puwa kaau akong nawung.. unsa man ni? normal ra ni?

    Maybe you're holding your breath when doing a push up. Breathe properly.

    If not, have your blood pressure checked.

    Sir I just found your thread and I think this is quite good. Wala lng ko magbasa2 kau ky taas na kaayo ang thread. Anyway, I'm Christian, 24y.o, 5'6", 113lbs. You can see me in my profile pic kung unsa ko kagamay. I've been hitting the gym for 1 month kapin na para mka-gain og muscles and weight. But dili man ko sure sa ako program ky sa ako raman ni nabasahan sa google. Sa ako lang pagsabot mao ako gipangbuhat.

    Question lang. Base sa inyo nahibaw-an nako, unsa may maau nga program ug diet para nako? I mean exact program ug diet jud nga pwede nako gamiton weekly for pila ka months. Ako man gud gusto nga goal ky mkagain lng ug weight and lean muscles. Basin nya ug pataka lng kog alsa ma bulky kog taman nya mahimo kung masculado. Magmahay nya ko. Also, bag-o lng ko nagpalit ug ON Serious Mass, Try nako basin mas mo tambok2 ko ug dali sa supplement. Thanks in advance.

    I can't give you a nutrition plan and an exercise program since i don't know your goals or the food you like to eat. My advice is you do some research about nutrition and working out. Different people will respond to different programs. It's all about trial and error!
