    ako kay high leaper mangko I guess... im just 5'7" or 5'8" pero maabot man nako ang 10 feet nga ring...

    ang akong training was just jogging then jumping.. para ma build anag muscles sa paa...

    then murag mo play sad gamay ang flexililbity sa muscles..

    this is true.. mao man pud na ako gi reply diri..sa abellana ko before mag train.. first kay mag jog ko sa oval.. tuyok tuyok lang then after i climb the stands up and down..next day, do jumping ropes..do it on your toes.. if you want to be a good jumper, you have to exercise the feet.. dapat dili ka flat footed..this will be corrected by jumping, puli puli lang ang left og right foot,kinahanglan pud magkinto ka when jumping then just try to reach something like board baron sa basketan or kisame sa balay.. anyway if u use this para basket, diman ka kinahanglan taas og layat to get the rebounds..dapat kibaw ka mo timing og mologar para sa rebound..ang importante box out para dinaka molayat..hehehe

    Plyos. you can even train at home.
    Try this:
    1. On a set of stairs, face it like when you are going up.
    2. Plant both your feet to the edge of the stairs so that you will stand on your toes and your heels are "mid air".
    3. Do heel/calf raises. Do 10 reps first then increase it after each set. But here's the catch.
    4. Don't lower your raises quickly. Let yourself feel some pain and tightening of your calves before you let go.

    sakto si bro uzumaki. mao pud ni gi tudlo sa ako coach b4. kaya gud nako 2 hand dunk sa una (6'1 nuon ko).. pro karon dli lugos na ug 1 hand dunk na kay dako naman ang tiyan. hehehe..

    im almost like 5'11... pag before i could reach teh standard hoop with two hands pero mag lisud ghapon ko bisan ug one hand dunk.
    hehe ganahan ko maka dunk bisan ug one handed lang.

    hey man! what i found that really helped me with my hops was bike riding also. during my teenage years i was doing both basketball and racing bmx. it really helps strengthen your legs and also have a quicker leap.when im at the gym i do a lot of squats and leg presses and skiip every now and then. i also do a bit of running up hills. im not very tall, im only 5'11 and im a double footed leaper but i do alright on the dunking department. hehehe.

    just practice with the right exercises and dont overtrain yourself. Im just 5'5" and i can touch the 10 ft rim with my one hand(i only take two steps and then jump) ..Its true and im not bragging my abilbity..I think your body stracture plays a big role on how you develop vertical leap.. I do skip ropes every morning for about an hour, this exercise will improve the strength of your calf muscles. I also do touch jumps, jump and touch the basketball board and then bend my knees and touch the ground during landing..I do these until i get tired, this exercise improves our hip muscles which is also important in increasing vertical leap.. I never dunked on a 10 ft rim, i can only touch it...
