^ pwede ka mo specialize depende kung unsay imong gusto or demand sa imong silingan (online). Ang specialization kay grabe maka generate ug kwarta. Each has it's pros and cons.
Coal & Oil - grabe kwarta kung baligya nmo sa global market but lowers land value. prone to earthquake.
Electronics - high tech industrial. lisod ang sugod but kwarta kaayo ang microchip production.
Tourism - Full bloom sa imo high dense commercial. But paksit ka sa traffic. Kwarta kaayo kung mag host ka ug event.
Trading - buy and sell.

Now mao maka ingon ko nga unique kay sa gamay sa town area, dli masulod kung mag dual specialization ka.
