I prepared Crispy Pata for Lunch. Instead of deep frying it, I used turbo broiler to cook it. Ok naman ang timpla, naa lang jui baho sa baboy na dili matang2x. Pag boil nako naa man unta toi Sangke (star anise) ug Tanggad (Lemon Grass). Pero napa man japon ang odor. Kinsay maka suggest unsaon? Thanks.
