There is no systematic approach to a rational load of tasks for team leads which leads to continuous overtime (usually without pay) just to complete the requirements... Higher management kept adding tasks without considering the present work load...
Team Leads continuously render extra time and effort when needed by the account/company... sacrificing their personal and family bonding time... but when they get sick due to overwork, the company does not seem to recognize that it is because of their work demands...
Any comments or confirmation regarding this feedback?
hmmm.....no comment nalang sa ako ani...kay mura'g ingon ana na akong team lead...but again, not sure gihapon if ala na siya OT or Charity lang iyang time in the office....
