@thaDuke. I can feel your pain bro. I also experienced that last month lang and until now wala gihapon naayo. So I requested a re-routing. I keep on calling the customer service everyday para follow up sa akong request na re-routing for almost two weeks na follow up same answer ra gyud akong makuha "sir, wala pa rin pong service order yung request niyo na re-routing, i.follow up ko nalang ko po to sir". Then, just now naabot ang Bill. Maayo gane kay taga POST office ang ni deliver kay kung taga PLDT pa to ako unta to i.uli! Paet!
