...just inquire to any SSS branch dala lain ID.... then ipa kita lang... na..then ... mo sulti ra ang help desk personnel kung unsa requirement para mka kuha kag balik ug ID.. i think..pa lukaton kag affidavit of lose!! heheheh ^__^_mao rana TS.. :P

May ask lng ta ko, unsaon man pag retrieve sa ako SSS number. Na wagtang man gud nako and di ko kibaw unsaon retrieve balik. Di sad ko ganaan kuha ko bag o SSS number, bka magka complicate nya. Unsa ako buhatoh? and naa mo contact number sa SSS cebu branch? Kana valid na number.. Naka kita ko number diri pero sayop man

if you just meant you lost ur E1 no need to secure affidavit of loss.. otherwise u have to secure it if u lost ur sss id.... the best you can do is go to any sss office near u kay centralized man na.... state ur concerns and ur good to go....
