i agree boss, , lisud kaayu modretso kag business without the exposure sa imung plan nga business, if your a college graduate, try to go to the field, expose yourself, , ,then decide if makaya bah nimo to take a responsibility handling that kind of long term business field, and remember, your employees are your responsibility kay tungod nila mokita ang imung negosyo, you should make them feel that they are important, and treat them with dignity , , ,dont act like a boss, but be a friend lahi rajud ang manager nga friendly kaysa manager nga bossy, , ,
