    N. Korean general says Pyongyang has nuke-tipped ICBMs on standby

SEOUL, March 8 (Yonhap) -- A North Korean general said Thursday that the country has placed long-range missiles armed with nuclear warheads on standby, as Pyongyang said it will not bow to the United Nations resolution condemning its latest atomic weapons test.

According to the Rodong Sinmun, an organ of the ruling Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), Colonel General Kang Pyo-yong said soldiers are already positioned to launch a war of reunification if the order is given by its leaders. The paper said the general made clear at a speech given at a rally in Pyongyang that intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) and other rockets capable of attacking pre-set targets have been armed with various types of atomic warheads.

"Pre-set targets" - wala siguro apil Cebu ani kay daghan baya south koreans diri.. tsk tsk.

Nya kita ra bayay sayon kaayo tirahan kay wala tay missile shield parehas sa japan, us.

If they would start and materialize their threat,
I'm still doubtful if it would be the end of the world,
but I'm sure it will be the end of North Korea.

They should not give valid reason in the eyes
of the international community why they should be
eliminated. The triggerman, the USA, would be very
happy to oblige, if that is the case.

lain na pod ning problem nato if this threat will come into reality, saon na lang. masamot na lang jud kakalbo ato presidente ani, jejeje. if this will happen, surely our country will be greatly affected coz the korean peninsula is very near to us and being a known US ally, we will be a probable target by the Nokors.

pero if Nokor will push through, that will also be their end. surely China will not be on their side coz China is also afraid for the time to come that they will be targeted by Nokor. kumbaga modako nia ang ulo sa Nokor...

Sa tinuod anay lang, if NK is wise, they will target the Philippines.
Our country is weak, defenseless, and an ally or has close ties with US, Japan, and SK.
But honestly speaking, I do not think NK has the technology to materialize such threat,
Not unless China has been providing them the technology under radar,
If so, that would be an another story yet to be unveiled and told.

Frighteningly immature and living in an utter fantasy world. These ridiculous threats can only serve to convince the entire world that the North Korean threat must be dealt with somehow. I'm amazed that the USA has kept a cool head over this.
