best solution is be cautious... be careful when installing apps especially from untrusted sources.

and from other sources, pati ang mga apps sa google play, possible nga naay mga malwares / viruses, so before installing anything, check everything (reviews, rates, info outside google play) before mo mu install.

just a tip... there are no good or bad AVs for android ever.... the only good AV is YOURSELF.... refrain from visiting unknown websites and downloading apks that are bogus or suspicious in nature.

Don't share files a lot thru BT... file sharing just like in a pc/laptop.. is one of the way a malware could also access your phone.

There are no best AV but prevention lang and what prevention you might say? simple.. just follow (if you like lang ha), what I said above... that's all there is to it...
