Where to buy brand new ADSL modem

i got a feeling my pldt adsl modem of more than 5 years is gonna run out of gas soon. However i cant find a store in Cebu that sells ADSL modems. I want brand new ones and not an ISP provided device. Any ideas where to get? thank you.
