Default Should I rent or should I buy house and lot?

    Good day istoryans.

This is more on the economic side so I guess this topic is qualified here and I'm thinking people in this section are more mature and fit to give advices in the matter at hand.

    Here goes:
We are expecting a baby soon with my GF, and still I can't reach on a decision whether or not I should be buying or renting a house or boarding house whichever is more practical.

Currently, finances are on the low level because we are both working and going to school(proceed) at the same time. Nagduha2x rako ug mokuha or palit bana through financing or mag-rent lang because first I really don't want to stay or grow old in the city (we are both working in the city).
Next, talks between me and my girl leads us to contemplating for immigration or working abroad in the future (kaso kani nga future is kind of hanap pa gamay).

I'm kind of half-hearted on the buying because with everything going on, I sure our finances will be strained. Notwithstanding the fact that we are both working.

Would it be more practical to buy and later on sell or have it assumed by another if we finally decided to go abroad or would it be more practical to just rent? Karon medyo mahal mahal naman gud ang rent, almost same ra pud sa nagpalit ka anang sa mga housing projects.

I would just like to know from the more practical standpoint on you guys here.

    Thanks daan ninyo.

With you're present situation I think renting is the most practical decision.

If you've got at least 4 months savings based on yur total monthly salary, buyin a house wudnt b a bad idea given the interest rates ryt now are really cheap... But of course, it depends on yur other expenses also... Basta take care of yur name... Lisod na kaayo karon ma blacklisted ka sa utang...

Personally, id say rent muna.. Per bank forecasts, in 2 years time, real estate will go down... Prices ryt now are quite high and naa na bubble sa real estate sector... Too many condos n houses for rent... As they say, wat goes up must come down... Its always a cycle... If this happens, gud deals will b available...

    I would suggest buying a low-cost house like a bachelor's pad.
Naa man barato esp if sa PAG-IBIG ang financing..
like sa amu P2k ra monthly nya naa na own kitchen, cr and room..
baratu na and ma imuha pa..

if ever mo purchase, kaya ba not to be deliquent provided nga you are expecting a new baby? If ever naa na si baby, kinsa man mo bantay? naa bai mo stop work ninyo?--which means it will lessen your family income while expenses will increase.

if ever kaya ra idungan tanan expenses kung mokuha house and lot dayon moabot ang isa ka what if, maka abroad mo, panigurado na lang daan nga ny mo assume ky selling it will take time pa gyud.

for now, renting pa ako makita nga better option provided that it is situated near your workplace and nindot gyud ang location, budget-wise at the same time di kayo samok or ny masamokan (if naa na si baby-- daghan unya mo reklamo sa hilak ni baby)...

lisod2 bitaw ni uy ky di sad pwede mo rent og room lang ky baby will be coming unless kaya ra gyud ninyo. if apartment or house and lot nga for rent ky mahal2 njud pud ang rate.

why rent kung more or less same price ra ang mortgage sa house?
bisan mag abroad pa later on, ma sell pa ninyu ang house on higher rate.. more income!
