    Well I think the best way to get good muscles and fit body is to do regular exercise and eat healthy food. But todays mostly guys take steroids to get good muscles and good abs. But friend it's completely wrong way because steroids have many side effect which they don't know. So I think the best way is the natural way and not apply any artificial method because it works in start but the side effects visible after some time.

    Testimonial time again. A few days (or was it a few weeks) ago, I posted that I'm skinny fat. I gain fat in my tummy area fast so I changed my diet. My breakfast (full meal but no rice) and dinner (fruits, veggies, meat only) are the same but I changed two things, (1) I no longer eat rice during lunch on my non-work out days and (2) I stopped cheating on my cheat days, that is, I no longer drink Chatime, Quickly, or eat ice cream during the weekend. And my tummy fat shrunk. I still eat snacks in the morning and afternoon but instead of wheat bread, I eat Skyflakes with tuna.

    And oh, I've also changed my between sets rest from 45 seconds to 30 seconds to maintain my fast heart rate. I'm also lifting heavier at 3x sets - 8 reps rather than 3x sets - 15 reps. I noticed that this increased my heart rate and I'm now breathing through my mouth. Medyo lipong pud gamay but hopefully I don't pass out.

    I haven't tried circuit training or high intensity resistance training yet. Not sure whether I'm ready to go 20 minutes straight without rest. And I definitely need to do this on a weekend while there aren't many people in the gym and avoid waiting.

    I hope I'm doing this right

    I've decided to take a 10-day rest from the workout life. I just felt so drained nowadays. Any suggestions on how not to erode my gains?

    @nzo: Sometimes I can do that depende sa muscle group. Usually if it's an isolated exercise, di dyud mada last Pero kung compound mapugos pa.
