    JOG..climb pud stairs sa abellana..balik balik..ayaw pag weights para ma improve imo vertical leap..

    sakto na ang plyometrics, but not just everyone can do it.

    before you can start plyometrics you must have first had ample background sa strength training, and likewise must have already had foundations of strength. before someone can start plyometrics he must first be able to lift twice his weight in the deadlift and squat, and his bodyweight in the bench press. kung mudiritso sad sa plyometrics there is so much potential for injuries. i usually assume the worst, most people have weak vastus medialis oblique muscles, a tear shaped muscle in your quads superior to your knee, medial side, that is close to the middle of your body. deficiency in strength of this muscle could lead to serious problems in the knee, first it may be just patellor femoral pain syndrome but prolonged wear and tear due to plyo's, running, or any activity involving the use of the knee joint could seriously agitate ligaments around the knee that could cause more serious problems.

    my advice: start strength training first, and also develop your core muscles, you should be first able to hold isometric core exercises for four minutes. and then you start plyo, but do not forget your strength training.

    what are examples of strength training... hehe noob kaau ko.
    knsa na nakasuway ug plyometrics dire?
