turn off your PC.. hold the power button for 5secs. then turn on ... tap F8 or F5 repeatedly during startup... choose safe mode.. then Run ATF cleaner or CC cleaner.. also check your startup items.. uncheck unnecessary programs...

kung old kai.
sa mini dump kai naa to sa google "minidump reader" or pag "memtest"... (murag dili applicable) not sure.
